Welcome to the iSmart Incubation and Entrepreneurship platform. By accessing our website and submitting applications through the "Join Us" portal, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility Criteria

Our incubation, mentoring, and support programs are designed for early-stage startup teams, individual entrepreneurs, and registered/unregistered Self-Help Groups (SHGs) operating within or building solutions focused on the State of Tripura and North-East India.

2. Accuracy of Submitted Data

When you register using our multi-step application form, you warrant that all information supplied is complete, truthful, and accurate. Any misrepresentation of team members, business details, or startup stage may result in disqualification from selection.

3. Intellectual Property

iSmart respects your proprietary ideas and concepts. Submitting an application does not transfer ownership of your business designs, technology, or business plans to iSmart. You retain full ownership, copyright, and patent privileges of your submitted ideas.

4. Limitation of Incubation Assurances

Submitting the "Join Us" form generates an application reference number for tracking. This submission does not guarantee admission into the iSmart incubator program, access to funding networks, or scheme approvals. The selection process is entirely at the discretion of the iSmart review committee.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tripura and the Republic of India. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of this site shall be instituted in a court in Agartala, Tripura.
